Boxing Coach

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Boxing Instructor to join our team. As a Boxing Instructor, you will lead dynamic and engaging boxing classes that cater to individuals of all fitness levels. You'll motivate and inspire our members to push their limits, improve their technique, and achieve their fitness goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:

• Lead high-energy boxing classes that incorporate a variety of boxing techniques, drills, and conditioning exercises.
• Provide personalized instruction and feedback to participants to ensure proper form, technique, and safety.
• Motivate and encourage members to challenge themselves, set goals, and achieve measurable results.
• Create fun and dynamic workout routines that keep participants engaged and excited about their fitness journey.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment, including equipment setup and sanitization.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and safety guidelines related to boxing and fitness instruction.

Qualifications:

• Certified Boxing Instructor or Personal Trainer with specialized expertise in boxing instruction (e.g., USA Boxing certification, NASM Boxing Fitness Specialist).
• Proven experience teaching boxing classes to individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
• Strong knowledge of boxing fundamentals, techniques, and training principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals.
• CPR/AED certification (preferred).
