You will educate new customers, help troubleshoot and solve technical problems, and ensure a smooth implementation. Through our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of the process.  
Key Responsibilities:
Project Initiation:
  • Review and confirm the scope of work provided by the sales team.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and agreed upon.

Project Management:
  • Oversee project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor client purchase orders to ensure financial alignment.
  •  Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  •  Manage and prioritize ever-changing project priorities and environments.
  •  Work under pressure and employ critical thinking skills to address project challenges.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide regular project updates.

Logistics and Scheduling:
  • Collaborate with facilities to schedule logistics, including the pick-up and drop-off of client's physical records.
  • Ensure efficient coordination of tasks to meet project deadlines.

Team Direction:
  • Provide clear direction to the Production team on processing and handling the physical records according to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
