Glass Replacement/Glazier

GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking to hire experienced window installers with demonstrated field and shop experience in a broad range of applications.  Experience in estimating a plus.  

• Shower Doors & Mirrors.
• Insulated Glass Replacement.
• In Shop Glass Cutting and Sanding.
• Working off of ladders.
• Clean, professional appearance and attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates for this position should be able to demonstrate the following abilities to be considered a suitable applicant:

• Ability to pass a drug screen for hard drugs.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid drivers license.
• Good work ethic, self motivation and integrity.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and processes.
• Strong service orientation to customers.
• Punctuality is important.

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 8-5 with occasional overtime

We provide medical, dental and vision coverage.  Pay based on experience (DOE).  Frequent raises based on performance/attendance.  

35 years as a family run business.  Most of the employees currently employed are long term.  

We are BUSY and stay fairly busy year-round.  Expect full-time even during the winter months.  We keep a friendly, positive environment with trustworthy workers.  It is very important that any candidate be honest, reliable and easy to get along with.  If you are qualified and we intend to offer you a position, we will perform a screening for hard drugs and a criminal background check (we do hire felons but some charges are an automatic exclusion).
