Responsibilities will include: escrow closings of both residential purchase and refinance transactions, preparation of settlement statements and related closing documentation and funding of refinance transactions closed remotely.

Skills needed:
  • 2+ years of experience as an escrow closer
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Soft Pro helpful
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with existing as well as new clients
  • Positive attitude
  • Team player
