@Home Therapy is a leading rehabilitation service provider of PT, OT, and SLP services for adults living at home. Contracting with @Home Therapy as a provider enables you to work in the area that you choose and on your own hours. @Home Therapy offers EMR training and orientation to new Occupational Therapist Assistants as well as ongoing clinical and administrative support.

We seek an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with the following qualifications:
  • Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant License and Registration in New York are required.
  • Experience in adult Occupational Rehabilitation is required.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with EMR software a plus.
  • Homecare Experience a plus.

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) include:
  • Communicate with the office staff regarding your patients.
  • Schedule your OT visits directly with your patients.
  • Provide follow-up visits in accordance with the OTR supervisor's plan of care and the patient's progress towards goals.
  • Document your visits in the web-based EMR in accordance with Medicare's guidelines.
  • Maintain active credentials and perform all visits within HIPAA and company compliance.
