Assist with Supervision of Legends Bistro and Room Service. Training of all FOH staff. Work with Assistant Director of Food and Beverage on Wine List, Beer List, Martini List, along with liquor ordering and inventory.

Essential Functions:
  • Understanding of 4 star and Diamond level Service.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times by following the Capstone Commitment.
  • Lead by example at all times
  • Make sure all alcoholic beverages are secure
  • Make sure all minimum standards are adhered to if not exceeded.
  • Resolve any and all guest issues and pass on any issues to next available supervisor if it is unable to be resolved.
  • Promote and encourage teamwork and standards of the hotel
  • Complete all steps and procedures prior to leaving for the day
  • Check any and all side work pertaining to your area(s)
  • Coach and council any and all staff members in your charge to promote a unified work ethic
  • Be proactive in all aspects of your day to avoid any issues, reactive management is the last resort.
  • Bring any issues to the immediate attention of the of the Assistant F&B Director
  • Maintain a loss free mentality and record any and all waste or breakage.
  • Help establish new and improved standards, bringing any proposed changes for the approval to the Assistant F&B Director
  • Maintain a professional manner and dress code at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
