Help Wanted: Asbestos/Demolition Estimator
We are seeking an Estimator to join our team. As a Asbestos/Demolition Estimator, you will play a crucial role in estimating the costs of the projects, and contribute to the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review project specifications, drawings, and site conditions to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed and competitive bids for work, including labor, materials, equipment, and disposal.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing information.
• Evaluate jobsite risks, environmental concerns, and permit requirements.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and costs, adjusting estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in estimating construction projects.
• Strong understanding of demolition methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite, a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:
• Previous experience with commercial and residential demolition projects.
