Billing Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
  • Billing
  • Answering phones
  • Filing
  • Accounts Payable Data Entry
  • Spreadsheet reporting
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Misc Office tasks.

Applicants MUST have the following:
  • Applicant should have 1-3years experience in the accounting field or similar. (This is a basic entry level position)**
  • Quickbooks experience. ( minimum 1 year)
  • Excel/Outlook experience.
  • Must be able to answer phones.
  • Must have great attendance.
  • Must have an understanding of accounting and can use basic math.

Candidates only apply if you have these skills, otherwise you won't be considered at all. Job is 25-30hr a week, Monday-Friday and the candidate will be on probation for 90 days.

Job Type: Part-time
