We are currently looking for an OB-GYN Nocturnist to join Tidewater Physicians for Women in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, VA.

  • Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside 10 board certified OB-GYN physicians, 5 nurse practitioners, mental health counselors, and tenured support staff as OB-GYN Nocturnist.
  • Our practice offers the full scope of OB-GYN services to our patients, including in-office procedures.
  • 15 shifts per month available, allowing for flexibility and great work-life balance.
  • Hospital location:  Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia utilizing Epic EMR.
  • You will work primarily night shifts as the in-house attending OB-GYN, providing obstetrical care as well as urgent gynecological care to patients.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of managing patients for OB and GYN in a high-acuity obsterical unit is preferred. 
  • Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • State licensure and board certification is required.
