Position Overview: We seek a skilled and dedicated Millwright professional to join our team Howmet. This Millwright position will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems. This off-shift Millwright position will encompass various responsibilities which include, but not limited to: Pipefitting, welding, small fabrication, belts, and sheave alignment. We are looking for a self-motivated and technically proficient individual committed to providing high-quality work and promoting a positive image of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipefitting, welding, small fabrication, belts and sheave alignment.
• Working with aluminum, steel materials, general tool room equipment and CNC Mills.
• Troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics. 
• Must be a team player with willingness to learn and perform in other areas as assigned by management.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Possess a minimum of ONE of the following:
  • Possess a minimum of eight (8) years of documented millwright/machine repair experience.
  • Have served a Bonafide apprenticeship program and possess a certificate which substantiates completion.
  • Journeyman Millwright.
  • Journeyman Machine Repair.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience troubleshooting of machines including hydraulics and pneumatics.
