Job Responsibilities:
- The # 1 responsibility is helping folks overcome the obstacles that have kept them from getting their Nicer, Newer car
- We sell automobiles by developing relationships with our customers, listening to their concerns, and developing a plan to help them overcome whatever it is that's kept them from getting their Nicer, Newer Car, Truck, or SUV
Job Duties:
- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; and inspecting cars.
- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; and recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching needs and interests to various models; building rapport.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, taking drives, and explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating prices; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collecting payment; delivers automobiles.
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; and reading professional publications.
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
