As you enter the front door of any of our beautiful Community Living Arrangements, the first thing you’ll notice is it’s not just a house; it’s a home. 

As a Residential Program Worker,  you’ll assist 2-3 individuals with intellectual disabilities by providing a full range of personal care services while involving the residents in completing daily living tasks and personal hygiene. You’ll encourage individuals to make choices, learn new skills, and take part in community events and activities.

The perfect candidate will have the ability to work with a positive and respectful approach, both independently and as a team, passion for making a difference in the lives of others while ensuring a safe home environment, scheduling flexibility, and good communication skills with both individuals we support and fellow staff members. Homes are in St. Michael, Salix, Johnstown, and the Vinco area.
