Housekeeping Supervisor

Weekend availability is required

Position Summary: Assists in the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department in a timely and professional manner. Enforces with proper procedures all hotel and departmental work assignments and policies.

TASKS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Responsible to inspect all guest rooms assigned to them in a shift
  • Handles and delegates guest requests.
  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness of hotel property including but not limited to guest rooms, corridors, public areas, etc.
  • Responsible for the proper requisitioning of all supplies needed for the Housekeeping Department as well as inventory control.
  • Assist at all times with housekeeping special projects and emergencies that may arise.
  • Responsible for issuing disciplinary action, and following through on all housekeeping personnel paperwork and payroll.

Experience:
  • Supervising/management: 1 year (Preferred)
