Pay: $25.75.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, disassembling, repairing, and re-assembling parts as necessary.
  • Testing mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Working with computer instrumentation to perform diagnostics and execute work orders.
  • Welding and fabrication of necessary parts to maintain working order.
  • other duties as assigned.

What Does it Take to Work for Clean Harbors?
  • Plant maintenance experience in one of the following areas: preventative maintenance, installations, welding, electrical, pipefitting, rolling-stock/heavy equipment mechanics.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in welding or hydraulics.
  • Ability to work on weekends and overtime.
  • Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including movements such as lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and the manipulating and handling of objects.
