Responsibilities:
  • The Social Worker is responsible for providing assessments, planning, interventions and follow-up for patients and family members at Shriners Children's across the continuum of care. Through this function, by joining the team, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact on our patient's experience.
  • You'll help to provide continuity of care for positive outcomes in our family centered environment.

Qualifications:
  • Masters in Social Work required.
Required experience:
  • 3 years experience preferred.
Certification:
  • Social Work license in state of practice.
  • Current Case Management Certification is preferred, or the ability to attain certification.
Additional knowledge and skills:
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
