EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

  • Current BLS and ACLS certification 
  • Active/current RN Hawaii License required. 
  • BSN preferred.
B.   EXPERIENCE:

  • Two (2) or more years Acute (inpatient) Hemodialysis experience required. 
  • Two (2) or more years ICU, PCU or Telemetry experience in the last 5 years REQUIRED.
  • Baxter/Phoenix HD machine experience preferred.
