Basic Purpose:
  • In Office Phlebotomist  primary responsibility is to  ensuring that  draws and exams are completed accurately. We are looking for dependable medical professionals (RN, LPNs, certified MA, Phlebotomists,   to work 40 to 30 hours. 
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills. 
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment for applicants. and perform with confidence all aspects of an insurance exam, including specimen collection following established procedures. 

Duties:
  • Ensures all specimens are collected accurately and on time.
  • Collects specimens according to established procedures.
  • Conducts exams and draws, which include taking basic vitals, medical histories, venipuncture, and urine collection.
  • Label, centrifuge, and split specimens as required by test order.
  • Upload and complete cases in the portal.
  • Package specimens for transport and ship them to the lab indicated on the work.
  • Must have 1 year minimum experience performing Phlebotomy.
  • Fixed compensation per case completed.
