Nurses Network, Northern Arizona’s longest standing, privately-owned home health agency is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team of skilled home health care providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing quality care to our patients in their homes.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Licensed Practical Nurse/Vocational Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). They perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care. They are responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual’s nursing experience and educational preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current Arizona State LPN License
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
  • Has one (1) year of nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
  • Possess and maintain valid BLS certification.
  • Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and insured per the organization's requirements.

Then our team will focus on personalized attention to your needs, compatible with the level of care required.Home Health Care ServicesNurses Network by Quality Home Health Care (NNQ) is a Medicare-Certified State Licensed Home Health Agency, serving primarily Coconino and Yavapai counties in Arizona. Our goal is to provide quality care in your home, enhancing independence while minimizing the effects of illness and disability. Our services are prescribed by a physician to help medically qualified individuals with rehabilitation after an injury, hospital stay, surgery, or an illness.Our services may include wound care, IV therapy and PICC line maintenance, cardiac or orthopedic rehab, medication management, pain and symptom control, or help managing a chronic medical condition. Care is provided through intermittent home visits by specialized providers and continues until goals for recovery have been met.Developmentally Disabled CareNurses Network by Quality Home Health Care (NNQ) works with the Arizona Department of Economic Security Division of the Developmental Disabilities (DDD) to assist both developmentally delayed and challenged individuals who are medically involved. RN and LPN skilled services help to maximize the potential for wellness, quality of life and independence, while offering respite to family members and loved ones to DDD recipients of all ages.Facility Staffing ServicesNurses Network by Quality Home Health Care (NNQ) is always open to staffing requests from all kinds of facilities in the communities we serve.
