Work schedule is 1st shift 6:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Thursday

Occasional Friday hours, when necessary, to meet our customer demands

Responsibilities:
  • Facility Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of facility areas, including ceilings, walls, and floors, to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for employees and visitors.
  • Ceiling Cleaning: Use appropriate equipment and techniques to clean ceilings, removing dust, cobwebs, and other debris as needed.
  • Wall Cleaning: Clean walls using suitable cleaning agents and equipment, ensuring the removal of dirt, stains, and marks to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Floor Maintenance: Utilizing riding floor cleaners to remove dirt, dust, and other debris. Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve optimal results.
  • High-Reach Cleaning: Safely access and clean high areas using ladders, scissor lifts, or other equipment as necessary.
  • Fixture Cleaning: Clean and sanitize fixtures, including light fixtures, vents, and other equipment, to maintain functionality and hygiene standards.
  • Restroom Cleaning: Ensure restrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including fixtures, floors, and surfaces, to provide a clean and hygienic environment for users.
  • Trash Removal: Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stocks of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with supervisors to replenish inventory as needed.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards pertaining to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
 Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in facility cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in cleaning techniques, including ceiling, wall, and floor cleaning.
  • Strong adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication abilities and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Physical resilience and capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
  • Drug Screening and Background checks are required.
