WHO WE ARE: On The Glow Medspa in Porter Ranch combines the latest in medical aesthetic treatments, rejuvenating skin care, and results-oriented body treatments to help clients look and feel their best. On The Glow provides premium services such as skin rejuvenation dermal fillers, facial balancing,  IPL Photo Facials,  Neuromodulators,  PRP, microneedling, Morpheus8, Laser Genesis, PDO Threads, and more.  We are rapidly growing with lots of room to grow as a provider.

WHO WE NEED:
We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals, seeking an excellent aesthetic Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This is NOT an entry-level position, candidates without prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology or medspa setting or prior cosmetic injection experience (2 years +) will not be considered.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, microneedling, Morpheus8, and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director.
• Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation.
• Conduct client full consultations provide treatment plans and create a vision of that plan.
• Perform before and after photography.
• Educate clients on all  On The Glow treatment and product offerings.
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions.
• Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result.
• Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies.
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required.
• Maintain a positive attitude contribute toward a quality work environment and be respectful toward team members.
• Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management.

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE:

• Must be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, Restylane).
• Up-to-date California licensure.
• BLS and ACLS Certification.
• 2-3 years of aesthetic experience.
• Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills.
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members.
• Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures.
• Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
• Able to do a full consultation, including describing what would benefit the client and why.
• Sales expertise
