HR Generalist

Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Pella Products of KC, Inc. in Lenexa, KS. The HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including recruiting and interviewing activities, onboarding new hires, processing payroll, benefit administration, and enforcing company policies and practices. This position will report to Pella KC’s CFO but will provide support and work closely with all managers and leaders in the business.
Company Description:Pella Products of Kansas City is a distributor of Pella® Windows and Doors, offering a range of window and door products including vinyl, fiberglass, wood, and wood with aluminum clad. With over 40 years of experience, we provide a "one-stop shopping" experience from product selection to installation and after-sales service, exclusively serving the Kansas City metro area.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• At least 2-3 years of human resource management experience required.
• SHRM-CP or equivalent required.
