Summary of Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls to/from facility personnel, emergency codes, community members, out-patients, and family members.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to callers.
  • Route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Record and relay messages accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update call logs and records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments when necessary.
  • Ensure a polite, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Must have flexible availability 
  • Must be able to do weekends and holidays
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Current CPR Card issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
  • Must have proof of MMR, Varicella vaccinations or titers.
  • Must have Proof of TB/PPD or Chest X-ray within the past 12 Months
  • Current Annual Health Clearance
