House Cleaner/ Housekeeper

Job Details:Days:  5 days per week, Monday - Friday.Hours: 12:00p - 8:00p (May be flexible on some days).Salary Rate: $26 - $26 per hour (paid via W2).
A Tenafly, NJ family with three children is seeking a friendly, dynamic, and flexible full-time housekeeper with great communication skills to join their family.  All candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience cleaning and maintaining large 10K sq. ft. homes. The family is looking for someone who has a warm demeanor and can engage with the children. There is an au pair in the home during the week as well as a family assistant in the evenings.

• Honest: Honesty and integrity are highly valued in this role.
• Discreet: Given the nature of this position, discretion is essential.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is a must, and being able to speak Hebrew is considered a valuable skill.
• Long-Term Commitment: The family is interested in candidates looking for a stable, long-term position with them.
• Very organized.
• A versatile person with a good attitude.
• Good cooking skills. (simple meals for the family 4 days per week)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the home.
• Vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, tidying, window cleaning, etc.
• Organization and decluttering.
• Trash removal and emptying of recycle bin weekly.
• Opening shipments (Amazon, etc.) and distributing them to the correct places.
• Inventory and restocking household items.
• Be child-friendly and engage with the children.
• Cooking light meals for family 4 evenings per week.
• Pet Care.
