Construction Project Manager

Ideal candidates will have two years of Construction Project Management experience.
Competitive salary: $100k+ commensurate of experience
Construction Project Manager duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee assigned projects to ensure they are completed within the industry standards and in a timely and efficient manner.
- Be able to complete the work with a team of employees that have different levels of experience and expertise.
- Ensure projects run smoothly by making sure necessary supplies and equipment are ordered and
delivered as needed. - Schedule and maintain the appropriate manpower at each project to achieve the best results and complete the project within the schedule and budget.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Work with lead construction company as well as other subs to make sure any issues or concerns that come up are handled appropriately.
- Liaison with field and office to handle any employee issues or questions.
- Oversee sight to make sure Santa Cruz Plumbing standards and practices are being adhered to.
- Utilize Procore software and other company software to keep appropriate records of all paperwork related to each site.
- Work with county, city and other governing bodies to assure appropriate permit and licenses are pulled and inspections are scheduled as needed.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, each at differing stages of construction and completion.
- Project managers must be able to multitask effectively and work well under pressure to meet deadlines and expectations.
