Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) department to handle communications, record-keeping, and scheduling. This role requires strong organizational and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and online work order systems.

Position Info:

  • Duration: 12 Months 
  • Location: 120 Raider Blvd., Hillsborough, NJ 08844
  • Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the T&D department, including record-keeping and office management tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to coordinate work orders and scheduling.
  • Create and update work orders and ensure accurate tracking in the system.
  • Perform general office duties and maintain an organized workflow.
Skills/Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or greater.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with online work order systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
