Colwell Diesel Service is hiring a Full Time or Part Time Office Manager.Flexible work hours, Monday-Friday.  
Duties include: 
  • Perform accounts payable functions including reviewing, coding, and processing payments. 
  • Perform accounts receivable functions including recording receipts, deposits, collections, and monthly statements. 
  • Reconciling GL accounts. 
  • Reconciling daily financial transactions. 
  • Reconciling bank statements. 
  • Filing documents in compliance with records retention regulations. 
  • Writing, reviewing, and mailing customer invoices. 
  • Generating, tracking, and recording warranty claims 
  • Generating and analyzing financial statements. 
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate party. 
  • Communicating with customers and scheduling service appointments. 
Required skills include: 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Basic accounting knowledge. 
  • Proficient in Windows computer systems. 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite – primarily Excel. 
  • Confidentiality. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Relevant experience in cost accounting and bookkeeping preferred.
