Duties:
  • Responsible for hiring and firing of kitchen staff.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the kitchen including ordering and daily specials, scheduling, expo or cooking is a regular duty. 

Requirements:
  • 5 years experience.
  • Weekend availability.
