Masters European Auto Repair is looking for a Service Writer Trainee that can be a part of a dynamic team in a well established and successful business. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is calm under pressure, and appreciates an exciting and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is very motivated, adaptable, and is ready to work toward a rewarding career path that includes Service Writer. This advanced role is critical in this business and thus the compensation is generous.

The job duties for the Service Writer Trainee position are:
  • Greeting our customers at pick up and drop off;
  • Answering phone calls and setting appointments;
  • Facilitating the delivery of parts to waiting technicians and vehicles;
  • Storage and parking of customers’ cars;
  • Estimating repair quotes for customers (we will train for this);
  • Delivering estimates to customers via phone, text, and email (we will train for this);
  • Facilitating the return of unused/not needed/faulty parts to vendors .
