We are a growing bankruptcy law firm looking for an experienced Bankruptcy Petition Preparer. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and expertise to independently draft Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions with minimal oversight. Strong proficiency in calculating income for the Means Test and Schedule I is required. We currently use Jubilee bankruptcy software.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in drafting bankruptcy petitions.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Knowledge of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy processes.
  • At least one verifiable reference is required.
