We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to become a part of our team You will assist in the preparation of medications under the direction of a pharmacist. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the promotion and representation of us. Engage health care professionals in face-to-face discussions to promote the pharmacy and awareness/understanding of our business and community offerings. We are looking for a candidate who is assertive, energetic, and want to grow with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare medication and other healthcare products for patients.
  • Measure dosage of medications, according to prescription orders.
  • Process prescriptions using computer software.
  • Label and record dosage information.
  • Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies.
  • Prescription data entry.
  • Prescriber calls and patient medication compliance calls.
  • Maintaining back-end pharmacy compliance records.
  • Assist in development of the business.

Qualifications: Previous experience in pharmacy - required:
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
