Well-established, progressive and busy nationwide organization in the Home Improvement Industry seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to join our winning team in Sulphur Springs, TX (relocation assistance is available). This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including e-commerce, sales, procurement strategies, event management, and public relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, managing a team, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

A successful candidate must be able to:
  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies and tactics specific to each market's needs and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee site design and development to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Manage the integration of new e-commerce technologies and platforms to enhance online shopping experiences.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis. 
  • Oversee all public relations activities to enhance the company’s public image and reputation. 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. 

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in PR, e-commerce, sales, and event management.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

This is a direct-hire, long term career opportunity, the starting pay range is $140K-$180K (doe) plus benefits, incentives and room for advancement.
