    • Orders tests & images, prescribes and patient care as needed consults.
    • CT Sims and OTV.
  • Required Procedures:
    • Conventional and 3D Radiotherapy
    • Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), External Beam Radiation-3D-CRT
    • External Beam Radiation-IGRT
    • External Beam Radiation-IMRT
  • EMR: Epic and Mosaiq
  • Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
  • OH License or IMLC
  • BC
  • BLS
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Available for ALL listed dates (preferred)
  • COVID Vaccination (preferred)
