YOUR MISSION:
  • To assist your team members in carrying out the company’s mission and values.
  • Help to lead the SWIS crew in solving all irrigation and lighting needs for our clients.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND EDUCATION:
  • College Degree or High School Diploma/GED.
  • Irrigation and drainage experience good but not required. We will train.

REQUIRED PERSONALITY AND BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS:
  • We are looking for honest, energetic, highly motivated team members.
  • You must be extremely performance-driven.
  • You must be an excellent communicator with team members and clients.
  • You must handle work swiftly with management/team members.

CAREER PATH:
  • Installation Foreman.
  • Installation Manager
  • Quality Control.
  • Estimator.
  • Installation Manager.

PLANNED SALARY AND OTHER COMPENSATIONS:
  • Shared profit of install team of 2%-4%.
  • Holiday Pay, P.T.O, Health insurance, Life insurance, 401k.
