Responsibilities:
Special Events Server:
  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Back-of-House Staff:
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Prepare and plate food according to established standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
Special Events Server:
  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus

Back-of-House Staff:
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs during events

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling food and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies and equipment.
