 Bliss Car Wash is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and EXPERIENCED Sales Associate to guide our guests in choosing a Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership/Single Wash Package for their vehicle.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
 Responsibilities:
  • Great guests with a smile, and create an exceptional first impression for all guests. 
  • Offer & Sale BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships. 
  • Offer & Sale BLISS Single Wash Packages as well as Upgrades. 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, SALES-oriented individual.
  • Highly energetic, positive attitude and goal oriented.
  • Able to Meet/Exceed Sales Targets
  • Able to process payments.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure that ALL guests have a BLISSFUL experience.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Follow company safety protocol.
  • Enjoy working outdoors.
  • Be a team player.

Knowledge:
  • Must always maintain the highest level of customer service. 
  • Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations. 
  • Must pay attention to detail.

Leadership Skills:
  • Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through excellent communication and follow-through.

Work Schedule:
  • Looking for FULL-TIME employees that have the ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Work at different BLISS car wash locations as needed.

Language Skills:
  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Able to clearly communicate operational concerns to Management.

Reporting Relationships:
  • Reports to the Operations Manager.
