The Center Director drives sales growth and manages the staff, finances, and daily operations of the Center.

As Center Director, your key responsibilities will be:
- Achieving monthly revenue, expense, operations, and marketing goals.
- Overseeing Center finances (cash flow, payments, etc.) and expenses related to staff and Center operations.
- Managing, training, and evaluating Center staff and maintaining high staff morale.
- Conducting conferences with families to sell tutoring programs.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and academic growth that results in high retention rates and referrals.
- Developing and executing marketing plans to grow the Center in our schools and communities.
- Evaluating students' instructional programs and making adjustments to further their academic growth.
- Conferencing with parents to review student progress and sell additional tutoring services when needed.
- Growing relationships with teachers, counselors, parent/teacher organizations, and school administrators.
- Creating a welcoming and supportive culture.
For success, you should have the following:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- 5+ years of management experience, including training and developing high-performing teams.
- Direct service sales experience is required.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills; enjoys being involved in the community/schools.
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer service and in-center experience.
- Empathy and enthusiasm to help children achieve their academic goals.
- High drive and initiative, with an ability to see new opportunities for growth.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
