Job Overview:Cashier/clerks are responsible for every aspect of a transaction. In this position, you will be in charge of processing cash, checks, or credit card payments, while making sure to provide the customer with a receipt. Must have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy, be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take high volume of incoming calls for towing service and police impounds. Assist and answer any release questions that relate specifically to the laws of towing and impoundment.
- Perform release and cashier duties for impounded vehicles with potentially demanding and challenging customers.
- Cash and deposit management. Must be able to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Process impound paperwork and maintain compliance with all requirements of the law.
- Data entry for stock cards and delivery receipts.
- Complete the balance drop forms for cash and invoices daily at the end of the shift.
- Perform all other duties that may be assigned.
Physical Requirement:
- Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must have one year experience in a similar industry with basic computer knowledge.
- Must work well and closely with other co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
