Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary:
- Ideal Candidates must have 2 years of treatment coordinating experience in a general dental practice, proficient skills using Dentrix, and possess a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and insurance companies.
- MUST HAVE STRONG CASE PRESENTATION SKILLS.
- We are looking for an individual who is a hard worker, able to work independently, has excellent customer service skills and can help patients get the treatment they deserve.
- We are looking for a candidate to work on Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Scheduling production goals for dentists and hygienists
- Medical/dental claim submission and collections
- Accounts Receivable
- Multi-tasking with answering phone calls, reappointing patients, collections
- Must know Dentrix
- Must have a high rate of case acceptance
- Spanish speaking is a plus
