Maintenance Supervisor – Brand new 55+ Community lease up located in Burnsville, MN

Type: Full Time | Hours/Schedule: 40 per week | Start Date: April 1st

Job Description:Seeking a dedicated individual that enjoys a fast paced and positive work environment to be an apartment maintenance supervisor.

Responsibilities:Duties may include (this list is not all inclusive):
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Boiler Maintenance
  • General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work
  • Tenant work orders as needed
  • Grounds maintenance/cleaning

Qualification & Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Supply your own tools (we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you)
  • Available for being on call for after-hours emergencies
  • Experience preferred but not necessary
  • High attention to detail
  • Great customer service
  • Must be able to cost effectively analyze work needed and problem solve
  • Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction
  • General inventory of supplies and ordering

Compensation:
