What to expect:
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Maintain and operate a clean and organized kitchen/ work area.
  • Follow all responsible food service guidelines and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the BOH team, Asst. General Manager of BOH, and Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Capable of working on a Grill and Fry line as a short order cook, and execution of many different menu items
  • execution of prepping items for the menu during shifts 
  • maintaining deep cleaning tasks and washing some dishes throughout the shift

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role possesses:
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a friendly demeanor, including during fast-paced service.
  • Willingness to support in various ways beyond the kitchen when/if needed (organizing, cleaning, clearing tables, restocking glassware and dishes, etc.).
  • Strong initiative–i.e. going above and beyond without being asked– a passion for details, and delivering exceptional results.
  • Multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to lift approximately 50-60 lbs.
  • Open and flexible availability to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/holidays.
  • The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
