What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and Oversee Maintenance: Ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks in compliance with regulations and company policies;
  • Approve Interior Work: Lead and approve maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alterations on aircraft interior components;
  • Communicate Effectively: Conduct crew meetings to communicate on work, safety, and quality;
  • Manage Resources: Monitor and manage labor hours and materials effectively for assigned tasks;
  • Mentor and Develop: Mentor and develop the technical and leadership skills of mechanics;
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Keep a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety requirements;
  • Collaborate for Efficiency: Work with supervisors to streamline processes and improve efficiencies;
  • Coach Your Team: Provide performance feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience in commercial aircraft maintenance;
  • Industry Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with large commercial aircraft interiors like Boeing and Airbus;
  • Certification: Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required;
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels;
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using technical data and ordering parts;
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
