Role Overview: As an Elite Builders Apprentice, you will be immersed in the intricacies of constructing breathtaking mega mansions from inception to completion. This immersive role offers an unparalleled opportunity to work alongside our esteemed builders, architects, and interior designers, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of building these architectural marvels. Job location: 

• Ventura/North Malibu. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience performing carpentry for residential, industrial, or commercial projects.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques, with a willingness to learn and master advanced skills.
• Knowledge of the proper operation of hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and project plans. 
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license. 
• Physical ability to lift, carry, move 49 lbs +
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering uncompromising quality.
• Prior experience or coursework in construction or related fields is advantageous but not required.
