Certified Veterinary technician and assistant positions (CVT or 2+ years of experience- PT/FT) are available in a busy, private and family-owned four-doctor general medicine practice.

We recently added another doctor to our team and are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team and help our practice grow

  • 4 or 5 day work week available 
Qualifications:
  • A great sense of humor.
  • The most qualified candidate(s) will have excellent communication skills, be energetic, possess the ability to work both independently and in a team setting, and be committed to the highest level of customer care.
  • Candidate must be self-motivated, competent at effectively and safely restraining dogs and cats, have strong multi-tasking skills, and must be able to communicate effectively both with clients and within the team.
  • The technician candidate should be competent with giving injections, drawing blood, placing catheters, anesthetic protocols, surgical monitoring skills, and taking radiographs.
  • The candidate should also be familiar with common vaccination protocols, in-house lab analyzers, and veterinary software.
  • The assistant technician candidate will assist the senior veterinary technicians.
