Host/ Hostess

• The ideal candidate is friendly, an excellent communicator and able to work well as part of a team. Candidate must be great with organization, ensuring that reservations are correct, guests are seated in a timely manner, and that the front and back of house staff are kept informed of reservations throughout the evening. 
• They must be able to stand for extended periods and should be prepared to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
• The position is part-time and includes nights, weekends, and holidays. 
• Experience is preferred, though not necessary, and training will be provided.

• Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service.
• Full knowledge of menu with ability to answer any guests' inquiries.
• Assigning guests to tables and monitoring seating situation at all times.
• Multi tasking by answering phone calls, taking reservations, answering guest questions and handling take-out orders.
• Helping out with other positions/duties in the restaurant as needed.

• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Ability to work independently and multi task.
• Computer knowledge helpful.
• Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Ability to stand/be on your feet for 5+ hours.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

• The position is part-time. 
• Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm on)
• Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours. 
• Holiday availability is both expected and essential for consideration.
