Position Overview:

As the Lead Housekeeper at Imperial Animal Hospital Pet Lodge and Grooming, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards. You'll work closely with our pet care team to make sure that our guests feel comfortable and happy during their stay. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of pet lodging areas, grooming facilities, and common spaces.
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to meet established cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
• Inspect and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly, coordinating with the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with the reception team to coordinate check-in and check-out schedules.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for pets and staff.

Qualifications:

• A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience or the potential to lead a team effectively.
