This position supervises laborers and roof technicians.  Requires clear communication skills, initiative, good judgment and a calm demeanor.  Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

Position duties:
  • Safety is our priority.  Must be familiar with all company safety standards and policies, safe practices and guidelines that pertain to the roofing industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in basic carpentry.
  • Broad knowledge of all roof products and installation (single ply, tile, shingle and TPO) as well as experience running a crew.
  • You must be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders. Knowledge and experience using handheld and power tools are important.
  • Must be able to tolerate working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Regular job reporting and daily time entry.
  • The foreman must remain on-site during the entire roofing project.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
  • Must be reliable and show up to work on time.
  • Professional appearance while representing the company.
