Job descriptionOverview:
We are seeking dedicated and a motivated individual to join our team as warehouse floater. . In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be trained in our shipping and receiving department and learn how to operate our copper wire chopper.
Duties:
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently.
- Operate equipment such as bobcats and forklifts as needed.
- Enter shipping information into Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform maintenance on wire chopper.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
