As our General Manager, you'll have the following responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operation.
  • Hiring, training, and guiding the hourly staff.
  • Collaborating diligently with the management team to sharpen their understanding of P&L, cost control, and scheduling.
  • Upholding a professional and tidy environment, ensuring all company policies and procedures are met.
  • Boosting sales, along with sales forecasting, and ensuring compliance with budget and profit objectives.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling and labor control, P&L, and budgeting.
