Experienced Grading & Paving Foreman Wanted

*We are now offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for an experienced Grading Foreman

 Requirements:
  • 3+ Years experience grading, operating skid steer & grader. (Grading Foreman)
  • 3+ Years experience paving, operating paver, roller, & measuring yields. (Paving Foreman)
  • Able to shoot grades and read/understand blueprints
  • Ability to train, lead, and motivate team of 3-4 co-workers
  • CDL with trailer endorsement preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history

Starting Wages: 
  • Top pay in the industry. $35-$45/hour depending on experience
