T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a result-driven BCBA, QBHP or BCaBA to join our T.R.A.C. team.

BCBA Requirements:
  • Must have obtained a BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB (If applicable)
  • LARA License (if applicable) 
  • A mock assessment or other documentation to be made available upon request at the time of an interview
  • Must be able to start a case independently including, but not limited to going to the client's home and/or reaching out to the client to schedule an assessment or conduct family guidance, etc. 
  • Meetings occur at a minimum of once a month. They are conducted remotely, but attendance is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description. (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and PEAK)
  • Supervise, model and provide constructive feedback to RBTs/BTs per T.R.A.C. training requirements and the BACB.
All documents pending one possibly being offered the position must be submitted in a timely manner.
  • BCBA Certification per the BACB.
  • LARA License.
  • Certification to be able to supervise QBHPs and BCaBAs.

  • Driver's License.
  • SS Card ( or eligibility to work with the USA).
  • Car Insurance Policy.
  • NPI Number.
  • Negative TB Test.
  • Any and all documents pertaining to the position.
  • Samples of documentation (BIPs, Programs, Assessments, etc. if applicable).
